Following Private Sessions:  $100.00 Session  The services for Northwest Florida or southern Alabama residents are conducted at my residence located in Ponce de Leon, FL. Right off the I-10 corridor near DeFuniak Springs.

Private or Group Hypnosis Sessions for Women - Women's Groups on the beaches of Northwest Florida. Cost of these sessions varies to location, private session or group session and how many women in the group if a group.

Customized Hypnosis CD Package - ships anywhere in US.  $195.00

We talk by phone and establish what type of hypnotic suggestions you need or want to help you create the positive changes - image you desire in your life. I then create a voice file hypnosis session especially for you and burn the session to an audio CD - MP3 files. You can listen to these CDs every day for extended benefit.

All my hypnosis sessions begin with a guided muscle relaxation. In this guided relaxation I teach you to recognize the physical feeling of tension and direct you to release this tension from your body.

We all absorb so much tension and tightness from the external world we live in and function in daily. This tension simply accumulating in our systems without our awareness causing an edgy tightness at times in our personality. This tension frequently manifests as conflict with others in our daily lifes. Releasing the physical tension also releases much conflict in our lives.

My also teaching you to continue this relaxing process completely independent of me.
